Dr. Chit N. Reodica is a veteran public health worker who holds the distinction of being the first woman Philippine Secretary of Health from 1996-1998. Her range of experience in health services, stretching over a period of 37 years, covers international and national health development; health program design, management and delivery both at the national and local levels; public health administration; international health policy and diplomacy; and, pioneering innovative approaches to health promotion.
